INTRODUCTION
The Department Of Cardiac Anaesthesiology was constituted in the year of August 2010. The department was constituted to fulfill the vision of “To teach and to treat”. The department successfully underwent MCI inspection on October 25th & 26th of 2010 for the commencement of D.M. Cardiac Anaesthesiology Superspecialty Course. One seat has been granted by MCI in the year of 2011. KLE University conducted All India entrance examination for the admission of DM Course in July 2011. The 1st Academic year started in the month of August 2011.
