Objectives of the Program :

By the end of the workshop the participants will be able to –

  1. Develop a research proposal in the health sciences by
    1. Defining the research question,
    2. Choosing an appropriate research design,
    3. Performing an electronic literature search,
    4. Critiquing research publications,
    5. Listing the dependent and independent variables,
    6. Identifying the statistical measures for data analysis,
    7. Stating the anticipated outcomes of the research project,
  2. Present in groups a research project that they will develop during the program,
  3. Submit an electronic version of the research proposal that they have developed during the program,
