The Department of Medical oncology was established at the Hospital in the year 2013. The Department has an independent identity. The primary aim of the department is to provide holistic and comprehensive medical care for solid and hematological  cancers.

The department has published various case reports ,case series and original articles.

The department is involved in various Phase 3 global studies.
